We begin with a casual meeting to get to know each other. No commitment, no pressure—just a conversation to see if we’re the right fit. Coaching only works when there’s a strong foundation of trust and connection.

Step 3: Zoom Strategy Session

We’ll meet online for your first coaching session, where we will:

• Share insights from our research.
• Identify key challenges and opportunities.
• Provide strategies you can start implementing immediately.

Step 2: Discovery and Site Visit

To personalize your coaching experience, you’ll complete a short, five-page questionnaire about your business. During our site visit, we’ll:

• Get to see your operations, culture, and team dynamics.
• Start to understand your current challenges and goals.
• Begin some industry research to analyze trends and competition.

Step 4: 90-Minute Game Plan Diagnostic Session

This in-depth session focuses on:

• Addressing your top three to five business challenges.
• Offering practical solutions for immediate improvements.
• Developing a strategy to scale revenue, improve efficiency, and free up your time.

By the end of these two weeks, you’ll have greater clarity, a solid plan, and a clear understanding of how coaching can help you achieve your goals. At this point, we’ll discuss whether ongoing coaching is the right fit for you.
