DH: Deandra Hairston, Triton Catering & Creations

CP: What do you do? For how long?

DH: I have been a personal chef and caterer for 10 years!

CP: Who is your best customer?

DH: Luxury wedding coordinators, corporations, and high end clients in need of a personal chef for up to 3 days.

CP: How had COVID-19 affected your business?

DH: Largest impact on the business has been the restriction on mass gatherings such as weddings, birthdays, and bridal/baby showers.

CP: What are some actions you had to put in place because of the Pandemic?

DH: We started offering to-go package meals for essential workers. We wanted to offer some healthy meals. We offered packaged meals for drop off and pick up.

CP: Do you have any special offers you'd like to share?

DH: Offering our private chef services in creating a luxury style meal. We also have personal chef services for up to 3 days. We are also offering virtual cooking classes!

CP: What is most inspiring to you today?

DH: I have found that bonding with my family has been great. I have been taking a lot of time to spend more time with son Jaden who is 3 years old and my 9 year old daughter Jordan. I have had to take on the role of teacher and being home with them. Inspiring my daughter to become a business owner and hearing that she one day wants to start her own business is amazing!
