KS: We build custom metal working tooling. The company has been in business since 1964.

KS: Major manufacturing of various metal components.

CP: What has been the biggest impact of COVID-19 on your business?

KS: Supply chain interruption of raw materials and supplies

CP: What are one or two actions you've taken because of the pandemic?

KS: Spread out the work force, split shifts and different hours.

CP: What has been your biggest learning since you've been a business owner?

KS: Proper accounting and cash flow, learning more.

CP: What is most inspiring to you right now?

KS: The American spirit.
