CP: What do you do and how long have you done it?

DC: I'm a licensed insurance agent with Allstate with 33 years' experience. I sell auto, home, commercial, and life insurance.

CP: Who would you say is your best customer or target customer?

DC: People who own homes, married with children, single professionals and single parents.

CP: What has been the biggest impact on your business with COVID 19?

DC: Not being able to meet with people face to face.

CP: What are some actions you had to take due to the pandemic?

DC: We will only see clients in office by appointment. It has been more geared towards financial and life insurance verses home and auto. We had more curbside service. A lot of our older customers they are use to coming in monthly making their payments but that has gone a way.
