BKN: What do you do, and for how long have you been doing it?

PW: I have been practicing law for 10 years, and in my own business for 1 year. My focus is on small business owners and intellectual property.

BKN: Who is your best customer or target customer?

PW: My best customers are entrepreneurs, business owners and businesses in startup phase.

BKN: What has been the biggest impact of COVID-19 on your business?

PW: Having empathy with clients and those suffering around the world.

BKN: What are 1 or 2 actions you've taken because of the pandemic, and how are they working?

PW: I have been fortunate to have already had a virtual model in place, but went completely virtual. I put 6 feet of distance in place for any meetings that needed to be face-to-face. So far, they are working well - clients appreciate the opportunity to meet virtually.

BKN: What has been your biggest learning since you've been a business owner?

PW: Paying close attention to clients and market research, looking at problems and finding solutions. It is important to find a niche vs serving a broad category of clients.

BKN: Any offers to include in the newsletter?

PW: Sure! I'll offer a Trademark Discovery Call

BKN: What is most inspiring to you today?

PW: Empowering business owners is inspiring to me; being on a journey to generational wealth – ownership is so important!
