BKN: What do you do and how long have you done it?

EG: I help people transition onto a medicare plan and I've been in business for 15 years. Clients can be on an employer plan, retired and not have anything. They have to qualify for medicare.

BKN: Who would you say is your best customer or target customer?

EG: My best client are the ones that need medicare, they are just joining medicare.

BKN: What has been the biggest impact on your business with COVID 19?

EG: Given the fact that I do everything online, I can't visit people. Now I have to depend on mailings. I have not been able to get my own business locally because of COVID.

BKN: What are some actions you had to put in place because of the Pandemic?

EG: Making phone calls and not visiting people. Sending out postcards instead.

BKN: What has been your biggest learning since becoming a Business Owner?

EG: You need to be a good listener and it's part of sales. I have to have a lot of knowledge so they can understand their options.

BKN: Do you have any special offers you'd like to share?

EG: Free consultation and no charge for the enrollment.

BKN: What do you find the most inspiring?

EG: The ability to help people to make sure everything is in the plan for them. Just knowing that I am doing something for other people. I care about seniors, because they need help.
