BKN: Tell me a little bit about what you do and how long you’ve been doing it. 

SJ: I worked for my brother's company doing sales. He started thinking about expanding and I just ended up starting my own company. My team's experience is probably 20 years between them doing various tree work. I've got a couple climbers three Groundsman, and one head Groundsman. 

BKN: Who is your best customer or target customer?  

SJ: Anyone that needs tree work, big or small. The best customers are the ones that give referrals and offer lunch!

BKN: What has been the biggest impact of COVID-19 on your business? 

SJ: It's actually given us a boost in business. It seems that everyone is sitting around at their house, noticing all the work that needs to be done. However, we did have to change our strategy. We used to do a lot of door knocking, but now we have switched to using flyers.

BKN: What has been your biggest learning since you became a business owner? 

SJ: Getting the right pieces together. Create the right positions and fill them with the right people.

SJ: Seeing the positive reactions of all of our customers-- Cloud 9 is well liked. The work we do is done well and appreciated.
